"I have stayed at numerous hotels thru the years. This is the first one that they actually counted your towels, etc. in front of you. They only "issued" you one a piece. You had to physically pick up your alarm clock at the front desk. Refrigerator needed defrosting. Windows were filthy. At 5PM there were still no bath mats available. They issued another towel to stand on. The restaurant ceiling is nasty. Food was average. When we got home, I was reviewing my check out receipt and they had put us with an address in Florida rather than Forest, Virginia. The outside was very nice, but inside could us some work. Thanks for the opportunity to hear our thoughts. Laynee Jordan"

"THis is our second year stay here. Last year they did not even clean the room, This year there was screaming up and down the hall way at 3 am in the morning and the staff always acts like you're in there way. We gave them a second chance staying again, never again will I stay here. There are way to many good friendly motels in va that would love to have our $$ and act like we our guest. Poor excuse for management anf owners of this motel to let it be operated in such a manner."
