"We had to post-pone our stay at this hotel from month of June to July 10-11th.
The hotel was excellent, however, the room in which we stayed had shower problem - it didn't work at all. We had to call the Engineer at 12 midnight to open the shower faucet. That night from the family of 4 no one could take bath because the water temperature could not be regulated as the faucet could only be turned a certain way. After the visit to Water Country USA, a bath was much needed necessity, the next morning we couldn't open the faucet again.
We had to move to another room the next day. The bathroom/moving were a big inconvenience. Other than that we enjoyed the hospitality of the front desk staff, especially Kathy. We may stay there in future provided such problem can be prevented."
