"My frustrations were being assigned a smoking suite - check-in told me I hadn't specified so that's what they gave me. And since they were full, that was all they had available. However, they did offer to spray. I took them up on it, but the smoke was horrible. We had to air out the room by opening the windows every chance we got.
Also, my husband called and tried to leave a message. The voice mail didn't work and he was routed back to the front desk, asking them to take a message and deliver to me. I never received it.
The mattress on the sleeper sofa was stained on the bottom - it should have been replaced. Plus, we had to ask for extra pillows, it took quite a while to deliver.
On the plus side is the breakfast - ample with lots of choices such as yogurt, sausage & eggs to make a sandwich, hot oatmeal, etc. A favorite with my children was making their own homemade waffles with prepared and pre-measured batter mix. Plus, a hotel employee constantly monitored food items for replenishment."
