"The rooms claimed to hold the flavor of the area with their furnishing which were mediocre at best. The room they gave us for a family of four was way too small and we had to upgrade to a "suite" which was just a tad bit bigger and an extra $110 a night. Our children were told there was a game room and it was basically a closet in the basement with some game thrown in. I would be considered a negligent parent to let them go there. The workout room was by far the biggest joke. The equipment was defunct and the room was swelltering. You actually had to bring a dollar to buy water in this whole in the wall. Someday, someone will die and they may rethink that one. Last but not least, my son had to sleep on the couch due to the fact that they really don't have roll-out beds as reported. It was a huge waste of money. On a good note- loved Leo the bellman who had to move us around. When I asked for something larger the manager sent us off on a wild goose chase to a room identical in size but "looked larger". Loved that one! Thanks for listening - I really did need to vent since this was supposed to be considered a vacation."
